A. Parents are responsible for there children at all times during there visit to Amore Sensory Ltd Centre. At no point should children be left unattended at the centre. It is your responsibility to ensure you and your child are safe at all times during all sessions. Amore sensory Ltd has a health and safety policy in place which will always be adhered to by staff and employees at Amore sensory centre Ltd however you are responsible for yours and your child’s personal safety when present in the centre.
B. Before participating in any of the sessions booked. Customers must complete a registration / consent form giving relevant information regarding themselves, their child and information regarding the use of sessions. Within the consent form parents must sign disclaimer regarding responsibility towards themselves and their child.
2. Booked sessions /parties:
A. All sessions booked in advance will require a deposit and payment details. Failure to attend book sessions in advance will result in losing deposits due to overheads and cost of materials however if Amore Sensory Ltd cancels a session due to unforeseen circumstances we will reimburse any payments made by the customers. If customer as unable to make a session that is pre-booked due to unforeseen circumstances Amore sensory ltd will transfer any deposits paid on to different session as the customer may want to attend at a late date.
B. All Parties will require a £50.00 deposit when booking. Cancellations for Parties within a 14-day period from party date will result in loss of deposit. However, if cancellations are made prior to the 14-day period. Amore sensory Ltd will fully refund any deposits given.
